Notices and agendas of public meetings are posted on the information board located at the corner of Ranch Road and So-Hi Boulevard. The regular business meeting is held each month on the third Monday at 6:00 p.m.
ARS 38 431.02(a): "Special Districts that are formed pursuant to title 48: (a) May conspicuously post a statement on their website stating where all public notices of their meetings will be posted"
