Emergency Contact for Customers

Some of our customers will be receiving a form to update their contact information.  Please fill the form out and send it back to the office.  The District recently had a main break and was forced to shut off the water to a number of homes.  Staff contacted the affected homeowners, and sadly, several of the phone numbers we have on file were not in service.  The office does not give out that information, and will only use the numbers to contact the customer as needed.  It is vital that we have up to date contact information for all our customers.  To that end, we would like to encourage everyone to sign up for the web alerts.  Any emergency information is disseminated quickly via text messaging.  And not to worry, we don't send alerts often.  It is a very good way to know quickly if something is happening within the district that you should be aware of.  Please sign up from the home page of the website.
